From 13 to 15 January 2026, the EU Green Tour partnership and selected trainers, met in Athens, Greece, for the 3rd Transnational Project Meeting and a Learning, Teaching and Training Activity hosted by DIMITRA Education & Consulting.
The training focused on green journalism, digital skills and the practical use of the EU Green Tour magazine platform. Partners worked on ethics in journalism, article writing, photojournalism, video interviews, the responsible use of AI tools and the technical process behind the platform. Partners were trained on how to review articles submitted by schools, as well as how to guide teachers in uploading their students’ work correctly.
The Athens LTTA prepared all participants for the upcoming Cascade Trainings and the Testing WBL paths for EU Green Tour, where teachers and students applied the project tools and methodology in practice, leading gradually to the official launch of the EUGT newspaper.
